FAQ

For a performance with three members, we recommend a space of 7200mm (width) × 3600mm (depth).
If your venue is smaller, we can adjust the content of the show accordingly to ensure optimal performance. Please feel free to consult with us.

Please provide high-resolution image data (Photoshop / Illustrator / High-quality JPG, etc.).
We will optimize the provided data for use with visual poi and create the corresponding display program.

Please submit your logo data at least two weeks prior to the performance.
While we can accept submissions less than two weeks in advance, detailed adjustments may not be possible, and additional fees may apply.

  • Audio equipment capable of playing CDs or digital files
  • Dressing room with power outlets (standard household outlets) for poi charging
  • Lighting environment with adjustable brightness
  • Audio and lighting staff on-site
