On July 4, 2026, POI LAB handled the poi performance for Daisuke Namikawa's song "Colorless sky" at "Shibuya LOVEZ OPENING SERIES -Kiramune Happy Summer Tune-", the first show in the opening series of Shibuya LOVEZ, a new live venue in Shibuya, Tokyo.
Following the "THIS is US" hall tour in June, Daisuke Namikawa and the two dancers once again performed with visual poi. We replaced the logo displayed on the poi with the event logo, coached the performers at rehearsals, checked their positions relative to the special effects, and shared camera settings for the live camera feed shown on the screen.
What we did
- Poi technique coaching for "Colorless sky" (studio and on-site rehearsals)
- Visual poi program adjustments (switching to the event logo) and equipment arrangements
- Checking positions relative to the special-effects equipment, and sharing camera settings for filming LED poi
- On-site support at the show
